چکیده
Abstract Aim Despite delays, automation is expected across all fields, with notable interest in surgical robotics. With this comes many of the ethical and moral dilemmas industry to face bringing autonomation, robots, into clinical practice. Method A review available literature published on automation, machine ethics Results One key issues at heart autonomous robotics lies responsibility event complications. Does it lie hand manufacturer, clinician or organisation possibly patient? question that remains unanswered despite relative expectation practice coming years. Furthermore, how should a robot proceed an emergency? An automated robot, which lacks framework, may be unable deal emergencies especially within context fluctuating local environment where needs patients are distinct everchanging. In addition this, political concern number job losses highly skilled professionals training need adapt changing work. Can these employed different capacity? Moreover, data concerns have been highlighted, best use patient improve technologies whilst preventing misuse sensitive information. Conclusions Based current literature, greater work needed done address before implementation
